This photo book object is my diploma project at the book design studies I did 2020/21 at the New Design University in St. Pölten, Austria. Searching for a new form to depict identity and (self) portraits, it consists of 6 different books which come together in one object. Viewers are invited to change their perspectives and get lost in the process.
The book was on display from 9 to 27 March 2022 in the photo book exhibition at the festival Foto Wien and from 14 to 24 December 2021 in the exhibition “everything becomes a book” as part of the Blätterwirbel 2021 literature festival in St. Pölten.
From December 16, 2025, to February 21, 2026, it is shown in the exhibition “The Most Beautiful Books from Seven Nations” at the Hauptbücherei Wien.
